Orders
How do I place an order?
To place an order, select the product you want and add it to your cart. Then proceed to checkout and enter your shipping and billing information. Finally, confirm your order and make the payment.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
We may be able to cancel or change your order if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the requested changes.
How long will it take to get my order?
It depends on what you've ordered and where you are. Standard orders ship out quickly, pre-orders arrive within five to six weeks, or the time that is listed on the product page.
My order hasn't arrived.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by a delay in the delivery of your order. Here are some steps you can take:
- Check your order status: Log in to your account and check the order status and tracking information. The tracking information may indicate the delivery date or provide an estimated delivery date.
- Contact the carrier: If the tracking information does not provide enough detail, contact the carrier directly to inquire about the status of your delivery. You can find the carrier's contact information in the tracking details.
- Wait for the delivery: Sometimes, packages may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside of our control. Please wait a few more days before contacting us to see if the package arrives.
- Contact customer service: If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time or if you have any other concerns, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure that your order is delivered as soon as possible.
What is a pre-order?
Pre-orders are orders placed for products that are not yet available for shipment. They allow customers to reserve an item before it is released.
Why do pre-orders take longer to fulfill?
Pre-orders take longer to fulfill because the products are not yet available for shipment. The estimated shipping date is provided during the checkout process and may be subject to change. We will keep you updated on the status of your pre-order and provide a tracking number once it has been shipped.

How long will it take to get my order?

How can I track my order?

When will I be charged for my order?
Your payment will be processed immediately after you place your order.
Returns & Cancellations
Can I cancel my order?

Will I receive a refund if I cancel my order?
If your order has been cancelled before it has been shipped, you will receive a full refund.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Please contact our customer service team for instructions on how to return your item.
Who pays for the return shipping?
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was received damaged or defective.
